Jonathan Walasik | Associate Director | TDI
Jonathan Walasik is an associate director for TDI, providing clients with strategic intelligence to inform critical business decisions. Mr. Walasik has extensive experience managing due diligence investigations, from background screenings to complex sourced investigations. He also has expertise in pre-transaction due diligence, regularly working with investment groups, executive teams, and counsel to help mitigate risk. Mr. Walasik consults with senior stakeholders at firms in the energy, medical technology, commodities, and private capital sectors to help them evaluate and understand risk findings.
Mr. Walasik has held various positions of increasing responsibility since joining TDI in 2016. Most recently, he built and led a team of analysts who provide direct support to a multinational management consultancy. Mr. Walasik established this team to help the client evaluate the risks associated with their client portfolio. The team has proved an essential part of mitigating risk for the consultancy, delivering an agile yet robust third-party compliance solution without interrupting deal flows.
Mr. Walasik holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from American University, where he participated in programs to support socioeconomic development in Washington, DC.
