Eric Rosendaul | Third Party Governance Program Manager | Citizens
Eric Rosendaul has spent the last nine years of his career in various capacities within third-party risk. Currently, he’s a manager at Citizens leading a highly skilled team of senior analysts. Prior to that, he was a senior analyst on the team, conducting onsite and virtual assessments on critical and high-risk third parties.
Before joining Citizens, Eric spent 5 years at Alliance Data Systems (now Bread Financial). While there, he worked in the Vendor Management Office where he conducted risk assessments, led training programs, built the program’s first fourth-party management process for vendors and clients, and refined and improved a number of other functions. He then moved into a newly created Second Line of Defense (SLOD) role to build and implement the company’s first SLOD oversight function of the VMO. This included framework and policy development, compliance testing, issue remediation and action plan oversight, and Risk Committee and Board reporting.
Eric resides in rural Northwest Ohio with his wife, 3 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 horses, and 7 chickens.
