Requirement Roundtable: TPRM Guidebook

April 12, 2024

10:00 - 10:50 AM

Valley of the Sun E

Building a TPRM program is not unlike building a house. While it is important to have quality windows to keep out the cold and the wind, the first step is always ensuring the house is built on a sturdy foundation so that it may weather the inevitable storms to come.

This roundtable session will provide you with the materials to begin crafting, brick by brick, an effective and efficient TPRM program. We will discuss the steps necessary to establish a comprehensive TPRM program by reviewing each phase of the TPRM program lifecycle:

  • Planning & Oversight

  • Pre-Contract Due Diligence

  • Contract Review

  • Continuous Monitoring

  • Disengagement

  • Continuious Program Improvement

This roundtable will provide a condensed overview of TPRA's Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) 101 Guidebook, available for free download for TPRA Members, and will be facilitated by Julie Gaiaschi, primary author and editor of the Guidebook.
