Work Group Purpose

This working group is dedicated to facilitating mentorships for women in the TPRM industry. As such, this group is working on creating and executing a mentorship program for women within TPRM.

• Send out a quarterly survey to mentors and mentees asking how it is going and work through responses to determine if improvements can be made.

As the Program and Working Groups evolve, additional activities will be added.
