About the Role

As a Third Party Risk Analyst II with Frost, you are our risk navigator. In this role, you will drive execution of required TPRM Lifecycle requirements and on-boarding activities for third party relationships that include inherent risk questionnaires, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, termination, and contractual reviews. What You’ll Do

Drive execution of required TPRM Lifecycle requirements and on-boarding activities for third party relationships with a moderate or high inherent risk rating that include inherent risk questionnaires, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, termination, and contractual reviews
Analyze and implement metrics, tools, and processes to optimize sourcing and third-party value, and collaboration with Frost stakeholders to prioritize and drive implementation in department
Implement long and short-term third-party risk management strategy and grow relationships to support attainment of Line of Business objectives and goals
Support the TPRM Program by partnering with first and second lines of defense to monitor third-party’s ability to deliver against contractual requirements and service level agreements
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, vendor/third-party risk management, or related industry
  • 4+ years of experience with relevant regulatory compliance, industry regulations and regulatory data sources such as the FFIEC, OCC, Federal Reserve Board, CFPB, etc.
  • Proficient knowledge of relevant business processes, regulatory compliance requirements, budget controls, supply chain management, and project management
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing and interpreting data, and in strategic and operational planning
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to drive solutions across all organizational levels

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in aiding stakeholders to define requirements and draft service level agreements
