Complete payment of your sponsorship at your earliest convenience. Contact Heather Kadavy at heather.kadavy@tprassociation.org to complete the payment process.

If your sponsorship includes a speaking session or demo, please have your speaker submit their agreement form as soon as possible.

If your sponsorship includes a speaking session or demo, Heather will reach out to confirm your speaking slot date/time.

This lets us know your preference and intentions for private events, raffle items, etc., and provides us with your logo and preferred URL so we can start promoting your sponsorship right away!

Those who submit before 12/31/2024 will receive a link to submit their quarter or half page ad, as part of the Buccaneer Bonuses.

Register your speaker using your link within the Sponsorship Information Sheet provided to you via email. 

Please ensure all parties involved register for the event.

Work with Heather to select the location of your sponsor booth (if included in your sponsorship).

Please sign your Sponsor Agreement and return to Heather Kadavy at heather.kadavy@tprassociation.org as soon as possible.
