About the Role
Duties will include the following:
- Conduct risk assessments of existing and prospective third parties to identify key risks and assign overall risk grades consistent with policies and procedures
- Support due diligence of current and prospective clients and program partners by coordinating with various internal Subject Matter Experts ("SMEs") to plan and execute diligence activities
- Complete and facilitate monitoring programs to ensure key risks associated with third parties are regularly monitored, including planning and executing annual on-site assessments of critical relationships
- Document TPRM related findings and follow up on identified issues and risk escalations
- Keep management apprised of key third party risks and escalations through regular communication and reporting materials
- Support the continued maintenance of existing policy and procedure documentation for the third-party risk management program
- Performs such other duties as may be assigned or which inherently or logically belong with the position

Requirements
Qualified candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Risk management or related field and at least 4 years of experience in a third-party risk management or similar role, or appropriate combination of education and experience. Ideal candidates will have some experience in financial services or fintech environments. In addition, qualified candidates will have:
- Strong understanding of third-party risk management best practices
- Basic understanding of financial services regulations including BSA, AML, UDAAP and NACHA rules
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and to develop knowledge across functions
- Exceptional communication skills, project management skills and business analysis skills
- Critical thinking, including the ability to approach problems logically and make informed decisions based on data
- Availability to travel up to 4 times per year for 2-3 days for each trip
