Aravo Named Third Party Risk Association's (TPRA) 2025 Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Service Provider Innovator Award Winner

MYRTLE BEACH, SOUTH CAROLINA — APRIL 8, 2025 — At the Third Party Risk Association’s (TPRA) 2025 TPRM Conference, “Navigating Risky TPRM Waters” in Myrtle Beach, SC, TPRA announced Aravo as the 2025 winner of their TPRM Service Provider Innovator Award. The award recognizes Aravo’s dedication to innovation, collaboration, and social responsibility in the TPRM industry.

“Thank you to TPRA and all of the volunteers that put this show on every year,” said Dean Alms, Chief Product Officer for Aravo, during the organization’s acceptance speech. “It’s a fantastic program. I love how many practitioners are here. As a product guy, that’s where the best ideas come from: the people that touch third party risk management day in and day out. So, thank you very much.”

TPRA had a total of 30 applications for this award in the categories of GRC/TPRM Platform, Risk Ratings/Intelligence Tools, and TPRM Services. Seven organizations were chosen as finalists, with two organizations, Aravo and Interos, named as Excellence Award winners in their respective tool categories. From those two, the TPRA Board of Directors and select Practitioners chose Aravo as the overall 2025 Innovator Award winner.

“Our Innovator Award goes to the organization that drives innovation across every layer of the TPRM lifecycle,” said Julie Gaiaschi, CEO and Co-founder of TPRA, during the award announcement speech. “Their ability to bring together risk intelligence, automation, and customer-centric design is what truly makes them an innovator. We are thrilled to recognize Aravo as our 2025 TPRM Service Provider Innovator Award recipient.”

Aravo’s AI-powered automation of risk screening is not only cutting manual review time; it’s also enabling customers to operationalize confidence scoring to make smarter, faster risk decisions at scale.

Innovation & Collaboration

The TPRM Service Provider Innovator Award is about more than an innovative tool. It’s about highlighting an organization that aligns with TPRA’s organizational mission: to further the industry of third party risk management through networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration.

Aravo works directly with its customers through an extensive customer success program that includes monthly webinars, training, and certification. They provide an Innovation Exchange where customers can recommend and vote for product innovations and engage in an online community. They also host regular customer appreciation events and market roundtables, providing their customers with the opportunity to connect and network with each other.

Aravo actively supports practitioner-led industry associations and groups, including the TPRA, OCEG, BCI, SIG, CEFPRO, and Compliance Week. In addition, they partner with 45 risk intelligence data providers to provide customers with real-time insights and unified visibility of third-party risk, as well as with Big 4 consulting and advisory firms on many initiatives to help customers develop and mature their TPRM programs or fully outsourced TPRM services.

“Thank you to our many different partners that are in the room as well,” said Dean Alms, Chief Product Officer for Aravo, during their acceptance speech. “Aravo’s connected to forty-five different risk intelligence partners, and what makes the overall solution great is working with all of those partners to deliver the very best solutions to our customers.”

Social Responsibility & Philanthropy

TPRA’s Innovator Award seeks to highlight and recognize organizations that exemplify social responsibility and philanthropic efforts. Aravo stands out in this regard by earning its carbon-conscious Net Zero Contributor Certification for 2024, with commitments to reducing Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, continuous employee engagement on climate issues, and decarbonizing its supply chain. They also reduce emissions outside their activity scope by supporting the certified Topaiyo REDD+ Forest Protection and AENOR & Texas Avoided Grassland Conversion projects.

Aravo and its customers aim to be diverse and inclusive of people with disabilities. Their solutions support accessibility requirements and comply with WCAG AA 2.0 and 2.1. Aravo’s philanthropic program is designed to support activities that enhance and serve communities where employees live and work, and the issues that impact quality of life. In addition, Aravo provides its employees up to 24 hours of paid volunteer time off per calendar year. This allows employees to give back and support any charitable organization, either locally or globally.

More than a platform, this organization is a strategic partner to the TPRM community, with 2025 years of experience, a proven commitment to collaboration, and a platform built for agility, scale, and constant evolution.
