Moving at Attacker's Speed: How to Rethink TPRM for the Post-Mythos Era

10:00 AM - 10:50 AM

Third-party risk management was built for a slower world. Today, organizations face a growing volume of vulnerabilities, faster paths to exploitation, and an expanding attack surface that extends across vendor and fourth parties. In this environment, periodic assessments are no longer enough to help teams identify what matters most and respond before business impact occurs.

In this session, Jacob Olcott, VP of Communications and Government Affairs at Bitsight, will explore how organizations can rethink TPRM for a new era of cyber risk. Drawing on the post-Mythos reality in which the window between discovery and exploitation continues to shrink, he will outline why leading programs are shifting to continuous, threat-informed monitoring across the supply chain. Attendees will learn how to prioritize vendor risk using threat and business context, strengthen resilience as the supply chain becomes part of the attack surface, and communicate readiness more effectively to executive stakeholders and the board.
