Step 1

Review Sponsorship Brochure

Review our Sponsorship Brochure to learn all about our available sponsorship opportunities and what to expect from this event!

Step 2

Submit Sponsor Interest Form

Submit your Sponsor Interest Form or contact Heather Kadavy at heather.kadavy@tprassociation.org to let our team know you'd like to sponsor this event! We'll reach out shortly with a Sponsor Agreement and next steps.

Step 3

Sign & Return Sponsor Agreement

Please sign your Sponsor Agreement and return to Heather Kadavy at heather.kadavy@tprassociation.org as soon as possible.

Step 4

Complete Payment

Complete payment of your sponsorship at your earliest convenience. Contact Heather Kadavy at heather.kadavy@tprassociation.org to complete the payment process.

Step 5

Sponsor Information & Virtual Booth Form

Submit your Sponsor Information Form as soon as possible so we can get your info on our website agenda! Review the diagram below for an overview of the items you'll need to submit.

Step 6

Speaker Information & Agreement Form

Have your speaker submit their Speaker Information & Agreement Form as soon as possible so we can confirm them as a speaker and add their info to the website agenda.

Step 7

Presentations

If you are putting together a PowerPoint presentation, please submit it via our online form no later than September 13, 2024. Submitting your slide deck or other relevant materials allows TPRA to assist your presenter, should they experience technical difficulties during their time slot. Presentations will be shared with attendees via the TPRA website following the event. Please submit your presentation as soon as possible to give TPRA ample time to prepare and ensure the success of this event.

  • A. Live Chat OR Schedule a Call: You have 2 options for this panel. You can submit a link to a meeting room you will host as you please for attendees to come chat with you live. Or, you can submit a link to the calendar you would like attendees to be able to schedule an appointment time to chat with you. This can be Calendly, MineTime, Appoint.ly, etc. Submit your scheduling link and we will connect it to your booth. 

    • Please also submit an artwork file to fill this banner space: 186x390 px (W x H). 

  • B. Your Logo Here: Submit a hi-res version of your company logo (transparent png preferred).

  • C. Your Video Here: Submit a link to a video you would like featured at your booth. You can use YouTube, Vimeo, or something posted directly on your company page. When an attendee clicks this button, it will launch a new window to play the video. 

  • D. Advertise Your Raffle Item Here: Tell us if you are doing a raffle and what the prize will be so we can type the name of the prize in the banner. Send us a link to the form that you will be using to collect name, company, title and email address for you to select your winner. Sponsor provides and sends the prize. 

    • Please also submit an artwork file to fill this banner space: 186x390 px (W x H). 

  • E. Products & Services: Send us a link to information you would like to share with attendees (your brochure, publications, newsletters, etc.) that you would normally have at your booth.  

  • F. Visit Our Page: Submit exact weblink you want linked to this spot on your booth.
