Biography
I currently serve as the Senior Vice President - Director of Sourcing Operations and Governance at Fulton Bank, where I lead Third Party Risk Management, Sourcing Operations and Governance, Contract Management and Purchasing.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to build and transform procurement and third-party risk programs across financial services, healthcare and other highly regulated industries. One of the experiences that has shaped my leadership the most is living and working in Australia, where I gained an international perspective on business, leadership and building relationships across diverse teams and cultures. Combined with more than 20 years of experience, it has reinforced my belief that strong governance and meaningful partnerships can coexist to drive innovation, resilience and business success.
I am passionate about mentoring others, developing high-performance teams and creating environments where people feel empowered to challenge the status quo and grow in their careers. As a woman in leadership, I hope to inspire others to pursue opportunities with confidence, embrace lifelong learning and lead with authenticity, empathy and purpose.

Fun Fact
Outside of work, I love to travel and have been fortunate to live and work internationally, which has given me a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. I'm also the proud dog mom to 2 West Highland White Terriers (Lily & Winston), who also keep life entertaining.
