Key Take-a-ways

What I enjoy most about TPRM is the ability to influence positive outcomes without always having direct authority. Success comes from building trust, fostering collaboration, and helping stakeholders navigate risk while still achieving their goals.

Fun Fact

A fun fact about me is that I unintentionally found my way into TPRM through accounting and internal audit and quickly realized it was the perfect fit. I love that TPRM allows me to combine strategy, problem-solving, relationship building, and risk management while helping the organization achieve its mission.

Outside of work, I'm busy keeping up with my two elementary-school-aged children. They get a kick out of the fact that I can recite all 50 states in alphabetical order thanks to a song I learned in fifth grade. It also taught me that if you put something to music, there's a good chance you'll remember it forever, whether you want to or not!
